"Doe Mountain"

Due to technical difficulties with smartphone I was slacking on the blog...apologies....at any rate...

Here are some photos and a brief video of doe mountain...later I will edit a movie clip to import onto this post as well...

 I got right in his face...and told him to hold still, so I can snap the picture...

Some kinda beatle...only 1/4 inch long but spotted like a leapard...maybe it's a leapard beatle?  something else to google....hmmmmm.....

Doe Mountain is so named because deer would "calf" to be up and away from Mountain lion and other predators...
